How We Treat

Evidence-based. Human-centered.

Every modality we use is clinically validated and delivered by licensed professionals who genuinely care about your outcome.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

Identify and reshape the thought patterns driving addictive behavior. CBT is the gold standard for lasting behavioral change.

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)

Build emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal skills — the tools for navigating life without substances.

Mindfulness & Somatic Practices

Reconnect with your body and the present moment. Mindfulness reduces cravings and builds the awareness recovery requires.

Group Therapy

Heal in community. Peer support groups reduce isolation, build accountability, and remind you that you are not alone.

Individual Therapy

One-on-one sessions with a licensed clinician to address trauma, co-occurring disorders, and personal recovery goals.

Family Systems Therapy

Recovery affects the whole family. We offer structured family sessions to rebuild trust, communication, and connection.
