Grace Kulage

Grace Kulage is a Licensed Professional Counselor and the Clinical Director of Elev8 Treatment, a role she has held for the past three years. Since the organization's opening, Grace has been an integral part of the team, initially serving as a clinician and leading IOP groups. She earned her master's degree from Louisiana State University in 2019 and has dedicated her career to addiction treatment ever since. Grace's passion for this work is deeply personal — having grown up in a family where recovery was valued, she developed a deep empathy for those who struggle and a profound respect for individuals in recovery. She is trained in EMDR therapy, which she uses to help clients process and recover from trauma, and strongly believes in addressing the underlying mental health challenges that contribute to substance use. Outside of work, Grace is a wife, mother, and proud dog mom who enjoys yoga, cooking, and exploring new restaurants.

Hank Landry

Business Development Manager

Hank is the business developer at Elev8 Treatment & Legacy Center, where he brings a high level of energy, passion, and real-world experience to everything he does. Originally from Morgan City, Louisiana, Hank carries that small-town authenticity with him and uses it to connect with people in a genuine way. Being in recovery himself, Hank understands the journey on a personal level and is passionate about helping others find the same freedom and purpose. He's known for his enthusiasm, positivity, and ability to motivate those around him. Outside of work, Hank is a proud father who absolutely adores his son, and much of his free time revolves around family. He's also a huge sports fan, especially when it comes to USC Trojans football. Hank's combination of lived experience, dedication, and high energy makes him a strong and inspiring part of the Elev8 team.

Aimee Landry

Aimee is a native of Slidell and serves as an Intensive Outpatient (IOP) Counselor. She brings both lived experience and professional dedication to her work each day. Aimee is passionate about walking alongside individuals in early sobriety, helping them build coping skills, accountability, and confidence as they address the underlying issues connected to addiction. She believes strongly in the power of hope, structure, and community in the recovery process. Outside of her professional role, Aimee enjoys spending her weekends with her family, embracing the balance and fulfillment that recovery has made possible in her life.

Willis Robertson Jr.

Willis Robertson Jr. is a devoted husband, father, and recovery advocate whose life embodies resilience, faith, and service. Raised in Baton Rouge and Baker, Louisiana, Willis weathered a challenging battle with heroin addiction before achieving sobriety on October 31, 2019. In 2022, he embraced a calling to support others as a counselor and has since become one of Elev8's longest-serving employees, bringing empathy, practical wisdom, and a deep commitment to recovery to every client he serves. Willis is proudly married to his remarkable wife — his heartbeat and partner for nearly two decades — and together they are raising three amazing children. He is a dance dad, cheer dad, football dad, and coach all in one. His work is driven by personal experience, professional dedication, and a belief in the transformative power of community, connection, and accountability. Cory Woodson

Cory Woodson is a Registered Addiction Counselor and clinician in the Intensive Outpatient Program at Elev8, where he has been serving clients since June 2023. With over 12 years of experience in the addiction recovery field, Cory specializes in facilitating process groups and educational didactic groups that help clients build insight, develop coping skills, and sustain long-term recovery. He takes a direct, compassionate, and client-centered approach to treatment, prioritizing meeting individuals where they are in their recovery journey. His work is deeply rooted in personal experience — Cory has maintained sobriety since December 26, 2013 — and he uses this perspective to foster connection, authenticity, and hope within the therapeutic environment. Outside of work, Cory is a devoted husband to his wife, Kacy, and a proud father to his two daughters, Paisley and Isla. He enjoys supporting LSU athletics and spending quality time with his family.

Michael Bugg

Michael Bugg has been a Certified Addiction Counselor (CIT) since 2023 and is actively working toward earning his Registered Addiction Counselor (RAC) credential. He is currently pursuing a degree in psychology and addiction studies, continuing to sharpen both his clinical knowledge and real-world application. Raised in Tangipahoa Parish, Michael relocated to Baton Rouge in 2019 at the start of his own recovery journey — a turning point that now fuels his work today. Before stepping into counseling, he spent several years as a Behavioral Technician, gaining hands-on experience working with individuals facing behavioral and emotional challenges. That foundation, combined with his lived experience and ongoing education, allows him to bring a balance of structure, accountability, and genuine empathy into the therapeutic space. Outside of work, he lives with his dog, Annie, and takes pride in watching his children pursue their own paths. He stands firmly on the belief that it is never too late to change.

Jessica is a dedicated Counselor-in-Training from Houma whose life and work are grounded in compassion, resilience, and a deep commitment to recovery. A proud mother of one, she draws strength and purpose from both her family and her personal journey. Sober since September 15, 2021, Jessica credits her faith in God as the foundation of her transformation and the guiding force behind her continued growth. Passionate about helping others rebuild their lives after addiction, she uses both her professional training and her lived experience to walk alongside individuals seeking hope and healing. She believes that with faith, support, and perseverance, everyone has the ability to rise, recover, and create a new life filled with purpose.

Charles Diel

Charles was born and raised in Baton Rouge, where he lives with his girlfriend, Lily, and their two cats, Dolly and Poppy. He graduated from Catholic High School, Millsaps College, and LSU Law School. His personal recovery journey began on December 11, 2022, and forever grateful to those who helped him recover, he strives to stay active in the recovery community and give to others what was so freely given to him. Charles has a passion for helping others overcome their struggles with substance use disorder and is pursuing further education in the recovery field. A lifelong tennis player who competed at the high school and college levels, he now enjoys Baton Rouge league tennis, fishing, hunting, hiking, and cheering on LSU, the Saints, and his fantasy football teams.
