As the Founding member of Elev8 Michael has used his decade of experience in the field of addiction treatment to strive to create an impact in the community that raised Him. Michael, a Baton Rouge native battling addiction for years found recovery in 2016 and has strived to make a positive change in those struggling with addiction since. Michael is a devoted father of two Grayson and Michael Jr, a lifelong LSU fan, Avid Golfer and host of THE BUILT BY THE REDSTICK Podcast. Merion Williamson once said “Our Deepest fear is not that we are inadequate it is that we are powerful beyond measure” Michael is a great example of letting his own light shine.

George Kilpatrick

George Kilpatrick is a CIT and partner at Elev8, where he is dedicated to guiding individuals on their journey to recovery. With six years of sobriety and four years of professional experience in the recovery field, George brings both personal insight and professional expertise to his role. His passion for helping others overcome addiction drives his commitment to creating a compassionate and supportive environment for clients. Outside of work, George is an avid football fan and enjoys spending time with his beloved dog, Harley.

Grace Kulage

(Clinical Director)

Grace Kulage is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Louisiana and serves as the clinical director of Elev8 Treatment & Legacy Center. A native of Baton Rouge, Grace is a devoted wife and mother to a lively toddler boy who brings joy to her life, as well as a loving dog owner. She earned her Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Louisiana State University, where her passion for helping individuals with trauma began to take root. Grace is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and has significant experience working with individuals and families facing substance abuse disorders and co-occurring mental health issues. With a holistic approach to therapy, Grace incorporates her certification as a yoga instructor into her practice, integrating yoga, mindfulness, and meditation to foster healing and growth. As a dedicated leader, she is committed to nurturing her staff's professional development, providing educational opportunities that empower them as counselors, and fostering a collaborative team environment. Grace is passionate about developing innovative therapeutic strategies tailored to meet the diverse needs of her clients. She prioritizes her own professional growth and is currently working towards her LPC-S license, further enhancing her ability to serve the community. With a commitment to compassionate care and a deep understanding of the complexities of mental health, Grace Kulage is dedicated to making a positive impact in the lives of those she serves.

Willis Robertson Jr.

(IOP Counselor)

Willis Robertson Jr. is a dedicated Counselor at Elev8 Treatment & Legacy Center, where he is passionate about fostering the development and growth of his clients. Born and raised in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and growing up in Baker, Louisiana, he has deep roots in the community he serves. Willis is a proud family man, married to his amazing wife, Francilia, for 17 years. Together, they raise three beautiful and talented children: Nevaeh, Adaya, and Keyland. As an active and engaged father, he embraces his roles as a Dance Dad, Cheer Dad, and Football Dad, cherishing every moment spent supporting his kids in their activities. Since achieving his sobriety on October 31, 2019, Willis has committed himself to the treatment field, starting his professional journey in 2020. He is skilled in conducting process groups, providing motivational and recovery education, and offering individual counseling sessions. As one of the original employees at Elev8 Treatment & Legacy Center, Willis has been instrumental in shaping its mission and impact. Inspired by the words of Carl Jung, "We are what we do, not what we say we do," Willis embodies this philosophy in his work, striving to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those he helps.

Cory Woodson

(IOP Counselor)

Cory Woodson is a dedicated Registered Addiction Counselor (RAC) with a profound commitment to helping individuals overcome addiction and achieve their full potential. Sober since December 26, 2013, Cory has been actively working in the treatment field since 2014, bringing a wealth of personal experience and professional expertise to his practice. Skilled in providing process group therapy, educational didactic groups, and individual counseling, Cory employs a compassionate and motivational approach to support clients on their recovery journeys. His passion for empowering individuals drives him to create a safe and encouraging environment where clients can explore their challenges and build resilience. Outside of his professional life, Cory is a devoted husband to his amazing wife, Kacy, and a proud father to his daughters, Paisley Kate and Isla Grace. He believes that the strength of family and community plays a crucial role in the recovery process and works diligently to inspire others to pursue their goals and aspirations. With a deep understanding of the complexities of addiction and a genuine desire to make a difference, Cory Woodson is committed to fostering hope and healing in the lives of those he serves.

Hank Landry

(Business Development)

Hank is a dedicated business developer at Elev8 Treatment & Legacy Center, where he uses his professional skills and personal experience in recovery to make a positive impact. Originally from the small town of Pierre Part, Louisiana, Hank has a warm, down-to-earth personality and a genuine passion for helping others on their journey to wellness. Beyond his work, Hank is a proud father who adores his son, making him the center of his world. An avid sports enthusiast, Hank has a particular love for USC football and follows the team closely, no matter the season. Whether he's cheering from the sidelines or watching the game with friends, he brings a lot of passion to everything he does.

Victoria Perkins

(IOP Counselor)

Victoria is an emerging Counselor-in-Training (C.I.T) at Elev8 Treatment & Legacy Center, driven by a deep passion for group therapy, process groups, and individual counseling. Her personal journey in recovery began on February 4, 2021, and she has experienced the transformative power of treatment firsthand, having been a client at Elev8 during her time in Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) and Outpatient Program (OP). Inspired by her own path to sobriety, Victoria is committed to helping others navigate similar challenges. Her unique perspective as someone who has successfully transitioned from client to counselor empowers her to connect authentically with those she serves. Victoria is particularly passionate about professional development, actively engaging in strategies and techniques that best meet her clients' diverse needs. A devoted mother, Victoria has joyfully reunited with her daughter, and they are thriving together, a testament to her growth and commitment to change. She finds fulfillment not only in her own progress but also in witnessing the growth of others on their recovery journeys. Currently in the process of becoming a Registered Addiction Counselor (RAC), Victoria Perkins is dedicated to making a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals seeking recovery, embodying hope and resilience in every interaction.

Brigette Vinet

(IOP Counselor)

Bridget was born in Baton Rouge and raised in Prairieville, she graduated from Dutchtown High School in 2009 and is currently pursuing a degree in applied science and behavioral studies. Driven by her passion for helping others Bridgette became a counselor believing strongly in the supportive recovery community in Baton Rouge. Brigette is a dedicated mother to her two children Sean and sage and considers her cat Sabbath as part of the family as well and in her free time she enjoys art and football.
